Job Summary

- Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on service benefits
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Required Qualifications

- 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products
- Equipment knowledge experience preferred
