Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on service benefits
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Required Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products
  • Equipment knowledge experience preferred
