National Account Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Coordinator to join their National Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and promote service offerings
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely handling of National account orders

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
• Equipment knowledge is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
