Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Coordinator to manage customer relationships and support the rental process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely and accurate handling of orders
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on how the company can enhance their operations
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about products and services
  • Equipment knowledge experience preferred
