Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Coordinator to join their National Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on service benefits
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in nurturing customer relationships throughout the rental process
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed on products and services
• Equipment knowledge experience preferred
