Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on services that enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Equipment knowledge is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
