• Manage the order process for National accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on services
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and ensure prompt handling of orders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Familiarity with equipment knowledge preferred
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
