Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on services to enhance efficiency and savings
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Knowledge of equipment is preferred
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay informed on product offerings
