National Account Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Coordinator to manage customer relationships and support national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on services to enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction with service and support

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about products and services
• Equipment knowledge experience preferred
