Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Coordinator to manage customer relationships and support national accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, educating them on services to enhance efficiency and cost savings
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction with service and support
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about products and services
- Equipment knowledge experience preferred
