Job Summary
National Account Coordinator is a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote service offerings and customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
- Equipment knowledge is preferred
