Job Summary

National Account Coordinator is a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote service offerings and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
  • Equipment knowledge is preferred
