Job Summary

National Account Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for national accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and ensure accurate handling of orders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • Experience with equipment knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
