Job Summary
National Account Coordinator, a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to educate them on services and improve their business operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
- Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
- Knowledge of equipment is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
