Job Summary
National Account Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
- Equipment knowledge preferred
