Job Summary
National Account Coordinator is a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on services
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Knowledge of equipment and related services preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about company products
