Job Summary

National Account Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to grow the existing customer base
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of equipment preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
