Job Summary

National Account Coordinator, a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
  • Grow customer relationships and educate clients on service benefits
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay informed on products
  • Equipment knowledge experience preferred
