Job Summary

National Account Coordinator, a full-time exempt position responsible for managing order processes, building customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on service benefits
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about products and services
  • Equipment knowledge experience preferred
