Job Summary
National Account Coordinator, a full-time exempt position responsible for managing order processes, building customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for National accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and educate them on service benefits
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service levels
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about products and services
- Equipment knowledge experience preferred
