Job Summary

National Account Coordinator, a full-time exempt position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
  • Grow the existing customer base by building relationships and educating customers on services
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
  • Equipment knowledge experience preferred
