Job Summary

National Account Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for managing the order process for national accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure timely handling of orders
  • Build relationships with key company principals and educate customers on service benefits
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • Experience with equipment knowledge is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services
