National Account Coordinator, responsible for managing the order process and customer relationships for national accounts in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order process for national accounts and ensure prompt handling of orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and promote services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
• Experience with equipment knowledge is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
