Job Summary

To support the National Accounts team, the full-time remote National Account Coordinator will manage the order process for national accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
  • Grow the existing customer base by educating clients on the benefits of EquipmentShare's services
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed about EquipmentShare products
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer relationship management
