Job Summary

Seeking a remote National Account Coordinator, the full-time role will manage the order process for national accounts, build and nurture customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction with EquipmentShare's services.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
  • Grow the customer base by building relationships and educating clients on cost-saving solutions
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain communication about service improvements
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
