Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of national clients, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Develop and execute account strategies, manage client contracts, and oversee day-to-day account activities
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate client meetings, business reviews, and RFP retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Experience in managing major national accounts
  • Strong understanding of financial information related to profit & loss and sales
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a matrix organization
