Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Director - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of national clients, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
- Develop and execute account strategies, manage client contracts, and oversee day-to-day account activities
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate client meetings, business reviews, and RFP retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of successful B2B sales and/or account management experience
- Experience in managing major national accounts
- Strong understanding of financial information related to profit & loss and sales
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a matrix organization
