Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of national accounts, the full-time salaried National Account Director will manage and expand relationships with major fee management companies and ownership groups in the multifamily sector while driving new enterprise partnerships and representing the company at industry events, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing partnerships
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise partnerships with top-tier multifamily ownership and fee management companies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite, VP, and portfolio leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise or national account sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals
- Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry and fee management structures
- Experience managing a book of business at the national or enterprise level
- Strong commercial instincts and CRM discipline, particularly with Salesforce
- Proptech or SaaS sales background strongly preferred
