Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a National Account Director.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume, outbound prospecting to existing sales partners considered low or non-producing agents
  • Mine extensive company database of inactive/ low producing sales partners to determine the potential reasons for low/non production
  • Identify applicable reasons for reduced production and assist engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders to determine a remedy to win back partner volume and improve overall processes and product offerings
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) years' in sales or related field
  • Previous experience recruiting Merchant Services, sales, and/or partner relationships
  • Demonstrated experience setting and meeting sales goals through working autonomously, as well as across business lines, to engage resources necessary to achieve objectives
  • Comprehensive understanding of P&L and other business statements
  • High attention to detail and vigilant about drawing the correct conclusions
