National Account Director, Federal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Director, Strategic Payers (Federal).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the relationship with strategic payer accounts in the Federal and government markets
• Develop and implement payer strategies to secure profitable access for products
• Manage high-level communications and negotiate payer contracts to optimize patient access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managed markets account management with Federal Market experience
• Excellent knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape and reimbursement processes
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
