Job Summary

Managing key relationships with national clients, the full-time remote National Account Management Specialist will ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and oversee operational alignment while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts, building strong relationships with clients
  • Drive referral and revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams
  • Lead stewardship meetings and prepare service metrics to ensure client engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in account management or client services within workers' compensation, auto, or liability sectors
  • Experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accounts
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
