Job Summary
Leading the strategic partnership with Sephora US, the full-time National Account Manager will manage commercial discussions, drive sales performance, and develop account strategies while working remotely from the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key responsibilities
- Own the relationship with Sephora US, serving as the main point of contact for account management
- Lead commercial negotiations on assortments, launch plans, and promotional calendars to drive growth
- Analyze retail KPIs to identify risks and opportunities, building action plans to enhance sales performance
Required qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in national account management or retail partnerships within beauty or consumer brands
- Direct experience with major beauty retailers, preferably Sephora or other premium partners
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiating assortments and retail growth plans
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, forecasting, and sales planning
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
