Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Manager responsible for strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer support within assigned accounts
  • Upsell, cross sell, and retain existing SMB and Enterprise customer base
  • Develop a sales penetration strategy for account portfolio and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Experience in sales, including cold calling and direct selling
