Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and growth for 30-60 assigned accounts through relationship management
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and manage contract negotiations
• Conduct client visits and lead training sessions and account reviews

• 2+ years of experience in account management or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
