Job Summary

Managing designated nationally focused accounts, the full-time National Account Manager will oversee client relationships, drive strategic initiatives to enhance satisfaction, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with national accounts to understand their business objectives and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and quality standards are exceeded
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities while managing cross-selling and contract negotiations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, civil engineering, earth sciences, construction management, or related field with a minimum of 8 years' related experience, or 12 years' related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in client relations and managing accounts with a national footprint in the A/E/C industry
  • Experience in marketing professional services within strategic business sectors
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history may be required
  • Professional designations such as PE, PG, CPSM, or LEED AP preferred
