Job Summary

To support strategic customer relationships, the full-time National Account Manager will maintain and expand partnerships while working remotely, focusing on sales growth, account management, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage profitable sales and growth of national accounts by addressing service gaps and developing collaborative solutions
  • Lead strategic account planning processes that prioritize mutual value creation and customer lifetime value
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly with strategic global accounts
  • Experience with CRM software and pipeline management systems
  • Understanding of complex financial data and long sales cycles
