Job Summary
To support strategic customer relationships, the full-time National Account Manager will maintain and expand partnerships while working remotely, focusing on sales growth, account management, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage profitable sales and growth of national accounts by addressing service gaps and developing collaborative solutions
- Lead strategic account planning processes that prioritize mutual value creation and customer lifetime value
- Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly with strategic global accounts
- Experience with CRM software and pipeline management systems
- Understanding of complex financial data and long sales cycles
