Job Summary

To support and grow key accounts within the National Sales channel, the full-time National Account Manager will focus on retaining and expanding partnerships in Education & Specialty Services while managing the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution, in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Brand Managers and internal teams to develop strategic, customized advertising solutions
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, reporting, and optimization
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and support new business initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or publishing
  • Experience working with sales teams and client-facing account management
  • Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and campaign strategy
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems (Salesforce or similar a plus)
