Job Summary
Driven by results, the full-time National Account Representative will strategically execute sales targeting labor union benefit offices, build relationships with key decision-makers, and nurture referral channels, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement a structured, long-cycle sales process to engage labor union benefit offices across the U.S
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Actively represent the brand at trade shows and webinars to generate leads and awareness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling to labor union benefit offices or related sectors
- Strong preference for experience with third-party administrators, benefit plan software, or insurance firms serving Taft-Hartley funds
- Proven ability to work independently while following a disciplined sales process
- Technologically competent with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
