Job Summary
Leading the national sales team, the full-time National Account Sales Manager will manage relationships with major retail partners, drive sales execution, and ensure brand presence across national channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue and merchandising objectives
- Oversee relationships with key national accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies
- Develop and monitor sales plans and promotions to drive market share growth
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years managing key or national accounts
- Proven track record of driving growth in retail or consumer product sales channels
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading remote teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including HubSpot and NetSuite
