Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
• At least 1 year of experience in people management, including hiring and development
• Experience in business analytical skills and documenting workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
