Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the National Accounts sales support team, the full-time remote National Accounts Director will manage sales growth, optimize product mix for customers, and enhance customer relationships while ensuring inventory availability and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the National Accounts sales support team
- Identify opportunities to increase margin and sales while ensuring accurate product analysis for the sales team
- Develop and mentor staff through training and performance management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
- At least 1 year of experience managing and developing people
- Experience in business analytics, including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables
