Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of national customers, the full-time National Accounts Inside Sales Representative will support key customer relationships in the construction sector, ensuring exceptional service and collaboration with various internal teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, building relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Prepare and respond to customer requests for quotes, pricing, and availability while coordinating with logistics for timely order delivery
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate additional business and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in industrial distribution or fluid handling industries
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A customer-first mindset focused on responsiveness and accuracy
