Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
• Ten years of previous related experience
• Ability to convert customer cancellation requests and perform complex negotiations
• Must live and work in the US
