Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with small-to-medium business and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build trusted advisor relationships
  • Drive account renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure clients achieve maximum value from products and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
  • Experience in Multifamily or Smart Building related industries is required
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B solutions preferred
