Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day execution of national referral partnerships, the full-time National Accounts Manager will ensure operational support, compliance, and effective coordination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for assigned national partner accounts, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support partnership onboarding and ongoing operational needs
  • Assist in project management and reporting, contributing to the execution of partner-related projects and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and reporting tools
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in account coordination, account management support, or client services roles, preferably in healthcare or B2B services
  • Strong operational execution skills with experience managing workflows across multiple systems, including Salesforce
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams
