Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - National Accounts to lead profitable growth through partnerships with national agency networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to maximize production from National Account partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals
  • Negotiate commission agreements and manage relationships with national agency partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance certifications (CIC or CPCU) required
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales management within the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
  • At least 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required
  • Experience in contract negotiation and managing complex accounts
