Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - National Accounts to lead profitable growth through partnerships with national agency networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to maximize production from National Account partners
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals
- Negotiate commission agreements and manage relationships with national agency partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance certifications (CIC or CPCU) required
- Minimum of 3 years in sales management within the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required
- Experience in contract negotiation and managing complex accounts
