National Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Accounts Specialist to support major fencing contracts and franchise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests for National Accounts and franchise accounts
• Serve as the primary internal point of coordination for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication
• Maintain accurate project and customer data within ERP/CRM systems and manage order tracking

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or project coordination
• Experience in fencing, construction, or building materials is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial fencing products or ability to learn rapidly
• Proven success in high-volume quoting environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems (INFOR preferred)
