Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for a National Accounts Underwriting Director.

Position Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly technical NA underwriters accountable for new or in-force business management
Drive the profitable growth of the National Accounts segment
Create and execute resolution strategies at the block and customer level

Qualifications, Training and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience in group insurance
10+ years of experience working in the group insurance business with demonstrated success in delivering balanced financial results
Experience leading and developing high-level individual contributors with deep technical expertise
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and experience
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
