Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for a National Accounts Underwriting Director.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead a team of highly technical NA underwriters accountable for new or in-force business management
• Drive the profitable growth of the National Accounts segment
• Create and execute resolution strategies at the block and customer level

Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience in group insurance
• 10+ years of experience working in the group insurance business with demonstrated success in delivering balanced financial results
• Experience leading and developing high-level individual contributors with deep technical expertise
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and experience
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
