Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health and well-being coaching via video or phone
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person care and maintain a positive team culture
• Maintain accurate documentation and track participant engagement and outcomes for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active NBC-HWC certification
• Strong foundation in mental health coaching and holistic, lifestyle-based care
• Experience delivering virtual coaching preferred
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset
