Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Broker Sales Trainer responsible for developing and delivering training programs for brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-impact training sessions for the national broker audience
- Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and broker performance
- Create scalable learning content, including presentations and independent learning resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred
- Previous training experience preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheet skills required
- Learning management system skills preferred
