Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Broker Sales Trainer responsible for developing and delivering training programs for brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-impact training sessions for the national broker audience
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and broker performance
  • Create scalable learning content, including presentations and independent learning resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage
  • 5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred
  • Previous training experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheet skills required
  • Learning management system skills preferred
