Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Complete and ensure adoption of the HDPE sales strategy across all regions
- Lead collaboration between quoting and sales teams to enhance win rates and deal quality
- Support branches and sales associates with deal strategy and manage critical issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HDPE sales, business development, or account management
- Demonstrated skill in assisting field sales with deal strategy and pricing discussions
- Experience working across functions to advance deals and resolve roadblocks
- Solid understanding of sales procedures and project pursuit approaches
- Experience mentoring sales reps on positioning and competitive differentiation
