National Business Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Business Development Officer, Mortgage Warehouse Lending (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and enhance the referral system to grow the Mortgage Warehouse Lending portfolio
• Analyze customer creditworthiness and mortgage loan merits while serving as the primary contact for new relationships
• Participate in community affairs and keep informed on economic and legislative events affecting lending activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or an alternate combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse lending business development
• Credit training with the ability to interpret financial statements and make underwriting recommendations
