National Business Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely from Northwest Arkansas, the full-time salaried National Business Manager will drive sales activities for Walmart, manage key business processes, and develop customer relationships to achieve volume and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage item creation for both Brick and Mortar and E-Commerce items
• Drive channel defined DSMP initiatives to meet area sales objectives
• Conduct customer planning and communicate sales opportunities with the Area Sales Manager

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales or category role at Walmart
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Retail Link/Madrid 2.0 preferred
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles
