Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Financial Case Managers and Case Managers, the full-time National Manager of Case Management Services will ensure compliance with financial counseling, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination while working remotely and traveling as needed to facility locations nationwide.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Financial Case Managers and Case Managers to ensure compliance with financial and aftercare processes
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance metrics and provide coaching to meet departmental goals
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to address gaps and support team needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a health-related field, finance/accounting, or medical management preferred; minimum high school diploma required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the medical, behavioral healthcare, and/or financial field
  • Experience in overseeing case management operations and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement
  • Ability to travel as needed to various facility locations
