Job Summary
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time National Clearance Officer will examine legal documents, clear title exceptions, and prepare title policies for real estate transactions while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Read and clear purchase and refinance transactions for residential properties
- Examine abstracts, leases, contracts, and legal documents to identify title insurance issues
- Collaborate with title agency clients and attorneys to prepare titles for closing
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in escrow, closing, title, or real estate financial services
- Ability to multitask and maintain work priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing title policies and invoices
- Experience with national transactions and related real estate processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime as needed
